HOW AMBASSADOR CODES WORK
Once accepted, ambassadors receive a personal 25% off code and a custom 15% referral code to share with their community. Referral codes apply to all physical products on our online store. To remain active and keep your personal discount, ambassadors are expected to generate on average $600 in referral sales every 6 months. You’re free to promote your referral code however feels natural to you, and if you create social content featuring 7 Summits Snacks, standout work may be featured or lead to collaboration opportunities.

- Community engagement and presence

We’re excited to have you as part of the 7 Summits Snacks Ambassador community. By applying to or participating in the program, you agree to the following guidelines and terms.
1. Applying & Joining
Anyone is welcome to apply to become a 7 Summits Snacks Ambassador. Every application is reviewed by our team.
Acceptance is not automatic and is based on brand alignment, community fit, and other internal factors. We reserve the right to approve, decline, pause, or remove ambassadors at our discretion.
2. Your Ambassador Perks
Approved ambassadors receive:
- A personal 25% off discount code for their own purchases
- A custom 15% referral code to share with their audience
Your personal discount code is just for you. It should not be shared, reposted publicly, or used by others.
Referral codes are valid on products available at sevensummitssnacks.com unless otherwise noted.
Discounts cannot be combined or stacked with other promotions, bundle pricing, subscription offers, or sitewide sales unless we explicitly state otherwise.
We may update discount amounts, usage limits, or program perks from time to time.
3. Staying Active in the Program
To remain an active ambassador and keep access to your 25% personal discount, you’ll need to generate an average of $600 CAD in qualifying sales over each six month review period.
We review performance twice per year according to the following periods:
- Q1 and Q3
- Q2 and Q4
In simple terms, your total qualifying referral sales must reach at least $600 CAD within each six month review period.
Sales can vary month to month. What matters is the total across the full six months.
What Counts as Qualifying Sales
To count toward your total, referral sales must:
- Be completed purchases made using your referral code or tracked link
- Not be cancelled, refunded, charged back, or disputed
- Not involve fraud, abuse, or code manipulation
If an order is refunded or disputed, it will be removed from your referral total.
We reserve the right to review referral activity and adjust totals if we see suspicious or abusive behaviour.
If the minimum average is not met, your personal discount may be reduced or removed, and you may be removed from the program.
That said, we value more than just numbers. If an ambassador falls below the threshold but contributes meaningful brand value in other ways, we may choose to keep them in the program at our discretion. This is not guaranteed, but we always consider the bigger picture.
4. Free Merch Eligibility
Ambassadors become eligible for free merchandise once they generate at least $1,200 CAD in qualifying referral sales.
Merch eligibility:
- Is based only on qualifying referral sales
- Is subject to product availability
Merch has no cash value and cannot be transferred.
We may update merch thresholds, substitute items, or adjust incentives over time.
5. How to Promote
You’re free to promote your referral code in ways that feel authentic to you, as long as your content:
- Is honest and not misleading
- Accurately represents our products
- Reflects our brand values
- Follows Canadian advertising and disclosure guidelines
You are responsible for clearly disclosing your relationship with 7 Summits Snacks in your content.
To protect the brand, ambassadors may not:
- Make medical or unverified health claims
- Misrepresent product benefits
- Run paid ads using our brand name without written approval
- Present themselves as employees or official representatives of 7 Summits Snacks
6. What’s Not Allowed
To keep the program fair and aligned, the following may result in removal:
- Sharing your personal discount code
- Attempting to stack or bypass discount systems
- Creating fake accounts or fraudulent purchases
- Manipulating referral tracking
- Spamming or harming the brand’s reputation
- Reselling products for commercial gain without written approval
If we detect suspicious behaviour, we reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action.
7. Content Usage
By participating in the program, you give 7 Summits Snacks permission to repost and share content you create that features our products for organic marketing purposes.
If we’d like to use your content for paid advertising, whitelisting, or extended campaigns, we will arrange a separate written agreement with you.
8. Features & Collaboration Opportunities
Being part of the ambassador program does not guarantee:
- Social media reposts
- Free product
- Paid collaborations
- Long term partnerships
We evaluate additional opportunities based on performance, content quality, and brand alignment.
9. Program Updates
As we grow, the ambassador program may evolve. We reserve the right to update or modify the program structure, benefits, incentives, or requirements at any time.
Continuing in the program means you agree to any updated terms.
10. Ending Your Participation
We understand that circumstances change.
Ambassadors may choose to leave the program at any time by emailing info@7summitssnacks.com and outlining their decision to resign from the ambassador program.
Once we receive your email:
- Your personal and referral discount codes may be deactivated
- Any outstanding referral totals will be finalized and reviewed in accordance with program terms
7 Summits Snacks also reserves the right to suspend or remove an ambassador from the program at its discretion.
If participation ends on either side:
- All active discount and referral codes may be disabled
- Referral totals may be reviewed and adjusted if policy violations are identified
Ending participation does not waive any rights available to 7 Summits Snacks under applicable law.
