Happy muncher
I have been munching 7 summits small-format bars for years on long runs, rides, and hikes wherever I happen to be. They provide just enough of an energy boost when you need one and they fit easily into a handlebar bag, a backpack, a carry-on bag (yes travelling can be an endurance sport too) or a pocket. A good habit, worth adopting. Nut free bars, like these, are best for sharing if you happen to have friends and family with allergies!
high quality at a higher price
Am enjoying a mixed box of Ancocagua and Everest bars. I like very much the taste and smoothness of the chocolate, and the waterproof packaging. The latter does resist quick opening, however, and it hasn't encountered freezing and hot temperatures yet. Pricing puts the bars in a premium category; not your average chocolate bar, but one I will use as a treat when I next cycle to a further destination.
